Starting out in Baltimore, Maryland owner Ernest Schuhly had a job at a local seafood shop. He says when he first started he couldn't have told you the difference between a scallop and a shrimp. After years and years of learning the trade he and his wife Doris decided to take their talents and knowledge and open up their own market and restaurant here in Hagerstown, Maryland. Flash forward to now, almost 40 years later it has become a family affair. With their children helping them run the restaurant and their grandchildren working there you'll always be able to stop in and find one of them there. Their knowledge and love of seafood has been passed down from generation to generation and we hope it never stops.
